This is a SuperMicro chassis (SC-847) with an LSI 2108 based RAID controller, also made by SuperMicro. There are three Red LED modes in this video - a hotspare up top, a disk with the locate function turned on on the left, and a disk in the middle of rebuild/copyback at the bottom. The Hotspare has a flash cadence of (_ _ _ _ _ _) The disk being marked/locate has a flash cadence of (. . . . . . . .) The disk being rebuilt or is in copyback has the Blue disk activity LED solid of mostly on (it depends on the amount of activity) and has a Red flash cadence of (_ _ _ _ _) A failed disk, not pictured in this video, has a solid Red.
