This is Kyle and today we're going to be going over how to make changes to the navigation bar and reading panel in Outlook 2016. 0:20 First thing we're going to do is open up our outlook. Now once we have this opened up you're going to come over here to view, now our folder panel will be the first one we're going to make some changes to. If you go to Minimize you can see everything gets shrunken down; very minimalist. 0:39 You can even take this so far as to just turn it off completely. Gives you a lot more room to look at stuff if you have a low resolution monitor. So we're going to put this back to normal. Now our reading panel is actually, as you can see the messages are displayed on the right side here. You can turn this to the bottom half of the screen. Or turn it completely off.
