This tutorial explains how to append a Prefix and Suffix to data in a barcode. This is convenient when the values that will become the barcode contain the same prefix and/or suffix. For example, the data: 12542 12897 12002 12493 all begin with 12. We can set 12 as the prefix and enter the rest of the data as an embedded data set. The prefix will be appended to each data valued.
