TUTORIAL: How To Fix Lost, Hidden Files or .Exe Folders from USB Flashdrive. (easy)

This tutorial is SAFE. If you will fail to follow these steps that are given on this video, nothing will affect your thumb drive or USB flash drives. Just try and try again and don't be afraid. Please make sure that your USB flash drive or memory card is still working. This tutorial is only applicable if your USB flash drive or memory card was infected by a virus, or your folders are turned into an ".exe" or shortcut files. Please feel free to comment below if you need more help :3 [STEPS:] 1.] Open your "cmd" (or press and hold windows key + R then type cmd) 2.] Type the following codes or letters inside "cmd" window: cd\ (your drive letter): attrib -r -a -s -h /s /d ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- EXAMPLE: cd\ [press enter] (that's a back slash) F: [press enter] (there's a colon symbol after the drive letter) attrib -r -a -s -h /s /d [press enter] (there are spaces on every letter after "attrib") ----------------------------------------------[OR]-------------------------------------------- cd.. cd.. (your drive letter: example "F:") attrib -r -a -s -h /s /d ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 4.] @1:55 After typing these codes (without an error), please wait until your drive letter will appear under the last code. If you have large files, you might need to wait longer for it. 5.] Now on your computer, open your USB flash drive or memory card to see your files. 6.] Click or open the nameless folder that will appear inside your USB flash drive or memory card. And there you can now see your lost or hidden files. (It was lost or hidden due to virus/worms). NOTES: - you can not retrieve your "deleted" files using these codes. These codes are just for re-showing your files that are infected by virus/worms. - as what I've mentioned, these codes are safe and it will not ruin anything. - make sure that your USB flash drive or memory card is still working. (please check its properties) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ attrib -r -a -s -h /s /d meaning? attrib displays attributes of all files in the current directory -r : Clears the read-only file attribute. -a : Clears the archive file attribute. -s : Clears the system file attribute. -h : Clears the hidden file attribute. /s : Applies attrib and any command-line options to matching files in the current directory and all of its subdirectories. /d : Applies attrib and any command-line options to directories. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Thanks to my friend who taught me this.
