Editing the ApplicationHost.config in the usual location didn't have an effect. I discovered an easy way of locating the ApplicationHost.config as it has moved since using Visual Studio 2015 RC. It turns out that the ApplicationHost.config for IISExpress is now stored in the solution folder.
