I bought \"Imtoo DVD Copy 2\" and tried to copy a DVD to another and even to make an image of a DVD and it shows 0% in the progress bar no matter what. I emailed Imtoo and they advised to uninstall using some uninstall programs and install it again and nothing worked. They gave me a link to xilisoft DVD Copy 2 and that\'s producing the same issue. I used it on Windows 10 and also installed using compatibility mode. I would appreciate if any one can help. Many Thanks
