In the recent Destiny AGE OF TRIUMPH Update (last update before Destiny 2), there was a change to Hand Cannon max range - Bungie said they'd reduce by around 3m. This only applies to the gun when HIP FIRING. When ADSing, the range drop is around 4.5m (multiplied by the 1.5x zoom factor), which was confirmed on twitter by Bungie. Important stuff to know! Remember, if you're looking for a God Roll Eyasluna Hand Cannon or Palindrome Hand Cannon, you want RIFLED BARREL on it (personal opinion).
