This video is a tutorial on how to create a return document from a posted invoice within SalesPad GP for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Go to a customer's sales documents to a historical invoice. The "Return" button located at the top of this video can be created through the Security Editor. Open the Security Editor module, search for "Create Return" and ensure that box is checked. This will make the "Return" button appear. From there, you can click the button to manage many details about the return, including the corrected cost (per unit), freight credit, return % charge (restocking fee), and the return options user field. Here, you can select why the customer returned the item and add additional comments. Once you click "OK," it creates a return SOP document. Clicking "Save" makes the new document exist in Microsoft Dynamics GP as a new return. From there, it goes through the process you have set up for your returns.
