connect phone to computer with usb cord open itunes click on iphone at top right back up iphone to computer click back up now then in the internet go to icopybot.com go to download download ibackupbot for mac or windows open application click multimedia file manager on the right you will see camera roll, voice mail and voicememos click other multimedia files those are the deleted files from the phones sms system.
